Is there anyway to program the switchblade remote with out using a secondary key...
Even with out a VAG-COM

If it can be done, can someone post HOW????

From what I know you have to have the car on and be able to lock the door with another key. I believe a master (non valet) key has to be in the ignition. If you seperate a key from the remote you might be able to do it.

My dealer programed mine in just a few minutes at no charge.

i only have one key for the car... so i guess it will be impossible in my case, until i get another key made...

With only one key, you'll have to find someone with a Vagcom so you can do this:

Adaptation channel 1
Enter the number of remotes you have that you want to program to the car

After hitting "save", press a button on each remote. You'll get a chirp of the horn for each as you press the buttons.
