Land vehicle Vehicle Car Trunk Bumper

So the rear passenger side of my wagon has started to fill with water every time it rains.
Did some reading on here and general consensus is that the drains are blocked.
So I rip into the rear section looking for these so called drains.
Apparently accessible behind the CD player ect.

Not a damn thing! What am I missing here?

The rear drains are, IIRC, along the C pillar each side. They exit in the wheel well behind the plastic fender liner.

I suppose I should really RTFM occasionally..

I guess I ripped the rear apart for nothing..

It's better then my wife's Golf. I had to pull the rear bumper off to clip the lines, then the interior and half the headliner to clean everything. I put it all together and it still leaks :(

So opened up the inner l wheel liner and snipped the nipples.
Ram a piece of weed wacker line up there, all clear but catches something in the top by the sunroof.
Take a flashlight and look down, trying to see orange weed wacker line.
There is a Freekin Acorn wedged in the drain hole!
Now have to figure out how to get that out.

Make sure you didn't knock loose the connections on the rear wiper fluid supply. There is an elbow right above the CD player that can come loose if you're not careful. I put clamps on mine just to be sure.
And good luck with that acorn!

Where are the drains that are on the actual sunroof itself, and where do they drain?

I found 2 drains near the front door hinges

Thanks

Saloon? Behind the rear bumper cover.
Remove the cover to get to them.

Actually, some heater hose or slightly smaller vacuum line attached to a vacuum will work quite well.

So this thing is going to be the death of me.
Check all drains clear, even removed the damn acorn.
Removed the Cabin filter housing and resealed with Heavy duty High temp silicone.
Prayed for the best, but the passenger rear floor is still like a damn pool!
Removed the passenger seat and rear seats, lifted up the carpet only to find water in the front too!
A clue!
Its running from the from firewall area to the rear of the car.
Luckily no water ingress to the TCM.

Removed battery and tray, no leaves in there.
Only thing I can find wrong is that the long plastic rain guard between the windscreen and battery area is cracked.
Could this be the source?
If so, how does it get into the car? Are there any other ingress points?
My biggest fear is that it’s the condensate drain for the AC, but I can see water dripping under the car so assume that’s fine.
Driving around with one seat is a little weird, but I’m determined to get to the bottom of this.

Worse fears realized!
No rain for a week, interior bone dry.
Run the AC and the waters back!
Funny you can see water dripping beneath the car.
I figure somethings not connected or split on the condensation drain line.

Now looking for photos of the AC box to get an idea what and where the drain is.

Any advice appreciated.
