Steering Assist fault.....HELP!

This weekend I installed my HID and they work great…..However (and this may be purely a coincidence) Today after going out I went to move the car again and discovered that both the Steering assist and the ESP (off) light was on. I decided to drive around the block and the ESP light went out but the Steering was like an old manual steering car. HELP… I looked into the Vagcom setting and the fault code reads as follows:

VAG-COM Windows Based VAG/VAS Emulator Version: Release 704.1 www.Ross-Tech.com

02546 - Steering Limit Stop 005 - No or Incorrect Basic Setting / Adaptation Freeze Frame: Mileage: 5520 km Temperature: 27.0°C Voltage: 13.80 V Voltage: 13.70 V

Anyone know how I fix this? FAST?
