Stainless steel rear bumper protector question

My rear bumper got a bunch of scratch marks near the bottom edge of the trunk. I remember seeing the brushed stainless steel bumper protector on an Audi once, will it fit the B5.5 Passat sedan bumper ?

Anyone with this mod installed ?
