When I push down on the front left fender the car squeeks. Any idea what this is?

could be a number of things, but on my car it was the control arm bushings.. need to replace the control arm to fix and it's expensive.

It could be a variety of things. Some say that is a tell tale sign of a bad control arms. Depending on Mileage it could be bad struts, etc etc. First thing I would do is take a look at all the bushing etc on that corner. If any of the boots are torn, this is most likely your problem. Otherwise, it could just be a blown strut.

It's a 98 with almost 78,000 miles. I dont think any animals are living their, but i'll be sure to take a look for them.
