How bad is this? Hit a pothole yesterday. The edge of the wheel lip is bent. Tire is OK, seems to be holding air, and car does not handle any differently. How concerned should I be?

It may seem OK now but you'll want to get it looked at to make sure it won't crack later on. Get it repaired if possible.

i had the same problem, no leaks whatsoever. but i needed it to be re balanced.
