I saw many of these when stationed in Frankfurt in the late 80's. I miss the old Citroen 2CV...I loved the two tone maroon and silver paint scheme and the quirky styling. I hated trying to pass them in the french alps though.

Many years ago, I saw one of those for my first time ever up at Union Grove Drag Strip in Wisconsin. The owner made a run just to see what it would do, for the fun of it and as an exhibition. I forget what time he clocked. It wasn't fast, but it sure was neat to see.
