For the rear area, does anyone know how the B5, B5.5 differ between sedan and wagon? Length, width, narrow area where the struts are, etc.

Seats in up position.

Not sure, but the wagon has kick ass accessibility. Try to load a full size dresser into a trunk! (sorry, I am biased)

Edmunds.com says that the sedan (2004 model) has 15 cu ft of luggage space - that's the trunk, with the rear seats up.

The wagon has 39 cu ft of luggage space.

Unfortunately, that's the best I can do without getting a measuring tape (and someone's sedan).

I can put my bike in the back of my wagon. Its a 26" 2005 Specialized Rockhopper. Goes in easy comes out easy :thumbup:
