1998 sedan 1.8T 5spd manual.

I love this car. I've loved it since I bought it gently used 10 years ago.

I've loved getting to know the B5 - AND you the B5 family.

What do you think is a fair price to sell my baby?

It has some minor interior/exterior blemishes and the ABS module needs to be rebuilt.

Otherwise, it's in great shape IMO.
What do you guys think?

What all has been done and what is it going to need in the near to not to distant future, do you have any service records?

Is it an SUV? Don't know who you're going to sell this to. Almost nobody drives a stick anymore. What about the belts and water pump? Clutch? Brakes? Wheels and tires? How much oil does it use? 145 thou...? No man's land, mileage wise. There's a steep learning curve with this car, is there enough miles left for someone else to learn to love it? Project car? I say keep it or donate it.

About a $1000, if your lucky. I just went thru selling a few cars. Trade value is about $400.

P.s. can't wait to get rid of my 99 1.8t. Front left wheel bearing is going and the cam chain tensioner is noisy. All together it will cost me more than the trade value to fix. Thinking of getting a used BMW Z4 with about 60k miles.
