Welcome Rob, It's under the large plastic panel that's at the base of the windshield. To remove the panel, you'll have to remove the long rubber strip that runs the lenght of the panel towards the engine. Just start at one end and pull hard to free things up. Remember to re-install the rubber properly or else you'll have water leaking into the car. It's really not that bad. Good Luck. Mark
