Betten is a great dealer to work with. I just picked up a 2004.5 GLI to replace the Passat a few weeks back. Charles Telep and Gary (sales manager) are great guys to work with from the sales team. Art in VW Service is a good guy too. Check out MIVE, there are a couple of guys that work in the service area that belong to the local VW group. (Greg Jacobs and Joe Zeuuw (sp?))
