The headlights looks like its eyes are bugging out... :Yikes:

Why are they putting the speedo & tach in the middle? Isn't that that much more dangerous when checking your speed? Or are they getting us ready for the days when you can switch the steering wheel to the other side...

The middle cluster is a cheap configuration for the rest-of-world adaption (but packaged as "cute and hip"). I despise it, especially since it would give my wife way too much easy insight into my speed.

Worked on the original Mini for 40 odd years.

As for this, erm, it'll go down well in its country of origin

My mom has the current xB and it's amazing how much room there is inside. And like NoneRock said, the darn thing starts at $13-14k....not bad for a Toyota. Great on gas too.

I like the older one better. Why the huge C-pillar? Yet another example of stupid design over safe visibility.

I agree on the room issue. I can't say that I would be thrilled to drive one, but being closer to the 7 foot mark than the 6 foot mark, I fit into one rather easily.

Looks like it's got the FJ's C-pillar (or the more appropriate "see-pillar", because pillar is all you see :D )
