Lol im sure you are pulling too much power from the speaker. If the window and the door use the same supply then that must be your problem.

You may need to pull the door panel off again if you temporarily disconnected any wiring plugs while the door panel was off. IIRC, the window switch for the driver's rear (or pass. rear) door must be connected for the power window to work...even if using the driver's door switches to roll the window down.
Pull the panel to check for loose harness connectors...with Power Windows, Power Locks, a Puddle Light, and speaker connections all inside the door, it's easy to do.[/QUOTE
Hi that ks for your reply. I didn't pull of the door panel to wire the speaker. I pulled the mid panel between the driver's door and the passenger door. They had different wires in that harness. Speaker wire is always twisted. So I knew witch ones to use. So I only messed with those two wires. I didn't mess with too much to connect this speaker. Took off panel, seen those two wires I needed. Tapped them in and that's it. I'll open it back up to check to see if there's anything loose like you said.

OK update. I pulled it all apart. Nothing was disturbed or loose or unplugged. Windows still don't come down.
The window button is still lit up so I know it's getting power.
The poping noise.
I unplugged the added speaker and it did stop making that noise.
I have a feeling that by me tapping into that wire triggered a glitch in my system.
So I don't know what else to do.
I hate to go spend 150 just for vw to tell me it'll cost 300 more to fix it:no_mouth:
