Random Misfire Detected, other codes, Please assist!

Engine is AWM with 110k on it.
I disconnected the secondary air injection valve because it was noisy, so I already know the fix there. What else should I be looking at?

I think I will clear the codes and swap coilpacks on 1 and 3 to 2 and 4 and see if the problem follows.
I should have the SAIP hooked up again this weekend, so lets see what happens after that.
Thanks.
Raj
exchange coil packs, check the ICM too
What is an ICM? And how do I check it?
Looks like the same exact codes got thrown again.
Raj
Don't worry, you don't have an ICM. Only 98-99's had one. Have you swapped around the coils yet? any more misfires?
I did go ahead and swap coils 1 to 2 and 3 to 4 to see what happens. It's only been a day. I want to run the car for a few days (my Dad currently owns it) and see if the CEL comes on again.
I do expect the O2 sensor and SAIP fault codes to come on again. I noticed that the SAIP is no longer kicking in at all. I remember, last summer when it started to get very loud and when I removed the connecting hose, I found water and some surface rust.
Looks like SAIP is shot and post Cat O2 sensor is shot as well (age).
Any other ideas?
Thanks.
Raj
One day after clearing the fault codes, I get the CEL again.
All the same codes are back.
Here are the outputs from the last few diagnostics:

On Sunday, 12/27/09, I swapped the coils between cylinder 1>2 and 3>4. Surprisingly, I am still getting misfires on cylinders 1 and 4. Swapping coils made no difference. When I removed the plugs, they all looked fine.
As far as the other codes, I know that I need a post CAT O2 sensor and SAIP, so I am not too shocked to see those two.
Any insite??

Thanks in advance.
Raj

When was the last time you replaced the plugs? Any oil in the plug wells? If you get new plugs, get only NGK PFR6Q's.
Thanks VAGguy, I replaced the plugs at 88k about 1.5 yrs back, when I purchased the car. I have tried to meticulously maintain it since my purchase. To list, this is some of the stuff I have done in the last 1.5 yrs.
Timing belt and accessory belts
Waterpump and thermostat
Coolant flush
Transmission flush and fill twice with new pan gasket
Crankcase breather neck, new intake manifold gasket
New cam chain tensioner gasket
Valve cover gaskets
New divertor valve
New turbo downpipe
New Oil pump/pickup tube (had low oil pump light at one point from sludge in pickup tube)
New brakes and pads
New tires and alignment
Brake fluid flush
Ran Auto-RX in oil
Ran Seafoam in gas tank
Car runs great but I get this CEL. I have spent close to $2k in parts alone with my own labor to do all this work. I am sure, I am forgetting a lot of stuff that I did.
Regards.
Raj
