I don't know if everyone gets one. They usually call. You can call VWoA and complain if you feel that strongly about it. You can also call the dealer and let them know about your experience and they may do something to make up for it.
While you should definitely send a letter to VWOA, I highly doubt that they are overly saturated with comments telling them how great they are.B5_Passat said:The dealer has my car today and will hopefully fix the paint problems.
I think I will write VWOA and CC the dealer since they did not send a survey. If you only hear from people who say everything is great, you are either missing an opportunity to improve or are not really interested in customer satisfaction.
