It's been one month since I purchased my Passat and I have not received a telephone or paper survey from VWOA or the dealer. Should I have received a survey form about my purchase experience by now?
This is my second Passat and I recall getting a customer satisfaction survey within a shorter period of time after my first purchase.
Delivery was not perfect. There were two major paint flaws (from the factory) that the dealer did not catch until I spotted them. The flaws were so apparent that I easily noticed them after the dealer detailed the car. Moreover, the car was not ready when promised - even though they knew when I was picking up the car almost one week ahead of time. Additionally, the dealer took almost a month to get me a copy of my memorandum title, a document necessary to register the car.
Is it possible I have been "blacklisted" by the dealer and or VWOA and, therefore, not sent a survey?
