hey guys, I just changed my motor, tranny mounts on my 04 VW Passat 4-motion v6 30V. Im pretty sure I got everything torqued to spec but im hearing a slight popping noise when I hit the brakes and on take off. not sure what it could be? any help would be appreciated. I have it on the lift at this time checking all the work I don't to make sure I got everything tight enough. anyone have the torque specs handy for the motor and tranny mounts? thanks

You should not reuse TTY bolts, but if you do, never torque them to original specs.
They would be over-torqued and threads damaged.
I've re-used mine multiple times without thread damage. I just torque them to 90ft/lbs and they stay tight. Years ago, the dealer did not even stock the bolts, but somehow they were able to align cars every day. I would not re-use head bolts, but I think the subframe and suspension bolt can be re-used without issue for any rust-free area.
As I stated, the threads would be damaged if over-torqued, which they would be if tightened to original specs.
90ft/lbs is way below original torque.
