Unplug the battery again, let it sit for a few minutes.
Connect the battery
Go inside of the car and turn the key to the "ON" position (but do NOT start it).
Let it sit for 2 minutes (you'll hear the Throttle Body aligning, clicking and making noises).
Start the car and take it for a fast ride, everything should be back to normal now.

Does this work on all years? Mines a 98.
Tried that it didn't work. I'm getting no boost in 1st 2nd or 3rd. I replaced the vacuum line from the dv to the manifold to see if that would help it didn't, however it did bring my vacuum up to 19-20 psi.
I removed both + and - terminals and while I waited I changed my plugs. Reconnected everything now it runs like a charm! Faster than before. :thumbup:
