Does any one have the PBR Ceramic Brake pads from ECS Tuning (direct link)?

Are they any good for normal everyday driving with a few twisty turny joy rides on the weekends, or would Mintex Red Box Pads or thoes Metal Masters(?) be better. :???:
I'll be geting Brembo slotted or ECS slotted rotors aswell.

I like mine. Have them on the front with Brembo OEM. No disadvantages so far over stock. Wheels still get dirty in less than a week.

is the stopping power improved?
Well... stopping power is dependant on tire grip, not by pad composition. If you slam on your brakes after only 1-2 light applications, you will notice very good stopping power. Another thing you will notice is that that only works once, the next time you hit your brakes, you will get progressivly less power, until you have to pretty much floor the pedal to get much of anything out of the brakes. The Axxis Ultimate pads are great because they maintain that perfect stop even after 5-6 applications. Using a slotted/crossdrilled rotor will make it last longer, maybe up to 8 applications (outgassing).
