Can I fit 17 inch OZ Carlsson RS wheels to VW Passat b5.5 2003 without any flange?
PCD: 5x112
Central hole diameter: 66.6 mm
ET 35
And what else rim measurements can i fit?

It will be close, but what is the width?

Also, you will need a set of hub rings since the cb of the Passat is 57.1mm

It's 17 x 9 with 215/45 tires

There are useful calculators online that will indicate whether your wheel change will work. There are many factors to be considered when changing from one width/diameter to another. Some of these changes can involve switching out the entire steering knuckle, which isn't all that big of a deal, but you'll have to get it re-aligned. Re-alignment isn't that big of a deal either. You can do it yourself if you take the time and study and understand the process more fully. The biggest pain in the ass is getting the camber bolts unstuck.
If it's your only vehicle, it would be best to stick with the current/stock set-up. Because nobody really cares about your car but your boss, and that's only because the car gets you to work reliably.

215 on a 9" wide rim... that's some serious stretch....if it's the look you're after great, if not, be weary of GF and Wives vs. curbs and potholes... rim lips will be easily kissed. (ask me how i know lol)

PUSHING LOW PRO= 215/35/18 at 5x112 all Stock Audi size Rims are ok depending 2 models up from your vehicle at I believe around 7-8 Backspace. I forgot the backspace size for W8 rims.
