I found my leak today, after replacing vacuum hoses and DV, the surging was less, but not completely. I also attiributed some of the loss in boost to colder weather, but as it is I am holding around 11 psi on an apr chip, spiking at 15 where it used to be 20psi. I found the leak today, have seen it on here before bt cound not find today.

**THE PART is the rubber elbow shaped piece at the end of the intake mani, close to the fpr. I need a part number to get it. My car is going to be a monster to me compared to now, and I will be able to fully realize the addition of the tt downpipe and exhaust, forge 007, and new hoses. Thank you.

058 133 783 L is the number for the older type which you have on your car.

You'll have to call a VW parts department with this part number and have them give you the superceded part number. The new one is braided and much stronger.
