Check all fuses with a meter.

P1678 Drive By Wire MIL Circuit Short To Ground
I had to R and R my instrument cluster and now I am trying to clear the EPC lamp. The code is P1678. ( I also have a P1690 with no CEL) When I go to clear it while car is running it will disappear for a moment, then right back on. Iv'e tried most everything I could do. Any suggestions? Thanks!! :banghead:
