I have pulsing rough idle, get p1128 code(too lean), boost is limited to 5psi or so, and my L-hose is somewhat collapsed (it's about 1 1/2 year old). Is the collapsed L-hose the result of another issue or is it just worn out and probably causing the trouble? As always, your shared knowledge and help is very much appreciated ! My car is an 02 1.8t (awm) with apr 93 oct.

I haven't replaced the L-hose yet (I'll get one from dealer tomorrow), but when I unplugged the MAF, the idle smoothed out and it does run smoother overall. So I'm thinking bad MAF ??? Who knows best place to get MAF at best price ??? The L-hose is a bit soft, so I'll definitely replace it.
