OK, in my price range and 18x8 I can only find 35 offset, (I wanted 40 offset or more)
I wish I bought a B5.5 just for the bigger front fenders...

Here's an Enkei ZR1 lightweight

a TSW thruxton

a TSW heaven7 (chrome)

and ROH drift-R

It's to go on a dark blue 1999 Variant with FK Hitech suspension.
I've tried a bunch and this is the most positive offset that still looks
acceptable to me. I might even machine the backs to et42 or 44. :weirdo:

If you dont have a very small budget i wouldnt go with any of those rims because every one has them. If i where you i would look at the MOMO gtr rim. They would not only look good on your car no one else would have them.

Thanks Eurotuner05,

I worked for Momo for 7 years, had them installed on all my cars for 11 years.
(often get 'em for FREE!)

They don't come in 5X112 18 inch, only 17 inch.
They are made in 18 inch but 5X100 or 5X120. :(

Thanks for the feedback guys!
I get to try them each on the car next week. I like the big wheel look of the heaven7 but don't really get off on chrome (car has no chrome). the ZR1 is 6 to 10 pounds light than the rest, but the thruxton does have that big lip thing.....

I'll try to post "on car" pics next week.

2 votes for ZR1s.
I'm trying them out Thurday night. those, the Drift-Rs and BBS VZs

The thruxton's look "cheap" in the flesh.

I'll let y'all know.

Yes SeattleReign, the lower the offset number the more it sticks out. The B5 doesn't allow for quite as much "stick-out-itude" as the B5.5 and I like the wheels to be nested in the wells on FWD cars, keeping as close to original spec as possible.

The lip is sexy in the Thruxton, but the wheel overall isn't. The Drift-R has a bigger lip, looks better finished, but is kind of bright 'n' shiny. It also weighs nearly 8 pounds more than the ZR1.

Wagen...

did you ever get a set of the ZR-1's??

I'm looking at those now....1340 mounted/balanced/shipped with kumho supra 712's. Includes lugs and centering rings.
