Haven’t posted here in forever. Parting out some random items left over.

I have VW Sharan Shorty Antenna. It’s an original OEM part bought quite a long time ago (don’t have the part number handy). Had it on my B5.5 Passat from 2003 but should fit all models with this type of roof mounted aerial. It’s just the screw-in aerial itself. How's the radio reception compared to stock antenna?

It’s fine if you are in an urban area with strong signal. I found that signal drops rather quickly when you go beyond denser areas. I had to take it off when I installed the Navi HU because signal was poor but it seemed to work fine with the original Monsoon HU. I’m in NYC so it wasn’t an issue until the Navi install.
