So I looked and looked for a b5.5, 1.8t, 5speed, 4motion wagon locally in my price range. It didn't happen so I picked up this beat down lil rock for $1000. Its a 1.8t, auto, FWD wagon. The interior is nasty, the drivers side has some fender arch damage and a broken tail light haha.

This will be my daily while I build my BT stroked mk4 jetta. That doesn't mean I won't be working on this, it will just be very slow.

Plans include :
Coils
Wheels
Full black leather interior (hopefully euro recaros)
W8 fis cluster and headlights
Brushed aluminum accents
Powered seats and mirrors
Climatronic swap
And votex gear lol

Things completed:OEM+ parts

From:
Mk4 GLI Cluster faces
Mk4 GLI read reading lights
Mk4 GLI visors and mini visor

Mk5 GLI steering wheel
Mk5 GLI gauge needles
Mk5 GLI map lights

B5 s4 grab handles

Basically OEM+, nothing extreme just making it a comfortable ride. I don't really plan on messing with the motor at all but it will at some point get either a 5 or 6 speed swap. And on to pica cause everyone loves them ( couple extra of the work I do and have done just to give u guys some ideas of what to expect) I'm also a junkyard junky so everything that can be sourced in good condition and for cheep will be.

Enjoy!!!

So midsized update,

I made It thru hurricane Irma perfect, pretty shocked that for as bad of a storm it was the damage is minimal. Now time for 3 little lists of things needing to get maintenced.

1.cosmetic
A)needs headlights cleaned
B)needs new wipers, mine Ade the pin style and I hateeeeee them.
C) rear drivers side door handle won't open from outside
D) 2 new inner door pulls my kids ripped of the rickety 1
E) new tail lights ones cracked and the other is missing a 50¢ sized piece

2.routine maintenance
A) timing belt complete kit
B)new alternator
C)replace leaking power steering pump
D) replace A/C compresor and dryer

3.new problem arrivals
A) wife drives car Friday says tranny slipped
B) I drive car Friday harsh jerk into reverse and then once in drive it barley wants to move.
C) my guess she somehow put it into limp mode, how she did that I have no idea I'll be pulling codes tomorrow.
D) on a side not my MFA screen to a shit and is now just a red block

And when it rains it pours, wife drove the car with timing belt cover off today and wore a hole in the front coolant line. Fixed that and .......as soon as I did the water pump went. So again now the car is parked waiting on more repairs

Photo dump, almost done finished collecting all the black interior accessories. All I'm missing is the sunroof slide cover, sunroof controls and the black plastic clips that say airbag on the A & B pillars
