No Start - Reversed Jumpstart and no fuel?

My car refused to start when the cold weather hit. Now its been about a week and even in warmer weather and the garage ive got nothing. Battery has been fully charged, and i took accessories off to avoid any additional chances of a drain. It doesnt seem to be power related, as the car turns over and just never catches.
What I did notice was that the fuel pump makes no noise when the key is turned to the on position as it usually does. What should i check to troubleshoot this?
Also, the person that jumped it reversed the jumper cables. Where should i check for electronic damage? The CEL still comes on with the key turned to the on position, so I assume that means the computer is still functioning.

did you check your fuses?
Which ones should i check? I cant find a fuse diagram anywhere.
Open the driver door and pull that black side panel off. You'll see a small notch on the end of it where you would pry. There's the fuse panel.
its in here somewhere.
im at work and don't have time to look

I checked all the fuses, but the only one that was out ended up being my cigarette lighter  .
Is there any relays I should check?
Should I pull the plugs to check for spark?
What should i do to check the fuel pump since its silent?
you can check to see if it has power in the trunk...

that is all i can come up with until you know if it has power.

if you want to check for spark, go buy yourself an ignition spark tester tool. it's a little spark plug looking thing that clips to metal on the engine that you plug into the spark plug socket/wire.
good tool to have, NEVER check for spark with the plug removed!!! TERRIBLE idea!
When I try to start it now it does the three high pitched beeps it makes when you get a more serious CEL. Is it safe to keep trying to start it, or should i just get it towed to get the codes read so that i dont damage anything else?
th cigarette lighter and the fuel pump are on the same fuse #28 IIRC
I am in a similar situation (01 GLX 4mo) everything is as usual when I cranked, but there was no engine turnover, took it to a shop and they said it is my ignition coil. Ordering the part and DIY'n it because they want $480 to do it, and hoping this alleviates the issue.

if that doesn't fix it, take a look at your crank position sensor. if that goes dead the car does not fire ignition.
hopefully this will fix it, but i was in the process of taking the ignition coil off and snap, the brittle as can be breather hose just snapped so now I have to order one of those, this is beginning to be a slight pain.
well changed the ignition coil, plug wires, plugs, valve cover gaskets there was a bunch of oil in the plugs on the drivers side and a little bit on the passenger so changed both gaskets, and breather hose, and now she is starting and running fine. Of course now drivers side DRL is out and the passenger side high driving light is out, so will need to change those out:banghead:
