Thank you everyone who posts to this forum. After doing the valve seals through the timing belt the car wouldn't start. If there hadn't been a post about the coolant temperature sensor causing a no start condition I wouldn't have found the problem without sending the car to a mechanic.

FYI of anyone else with this problem, verify you cam timings first (since I had them out to do the valve seals, as well as doing the timing belt). Triple check them, and then hunt for other reasons for the no-start. In my case I used VCDS to look at the coolant temperature and it was all over the place and fluctuating really fast(aka these sequential readings, 24c, 10c, -19c, 23c, -2c, 24c). The stupid sensor went bad while it was dry as I did the repairs. I unplugged the sensor and the car started right up.
