Here are some Fall Pictures with newly installed Rub Strips and Molded Front Bumper.

I had the Lower Fiberglass Valance molded to original bumper and smoothed out to look like one piece. Powder Coated Kamei Lower Grilles to Match.

Fall In CT. I miss Cali but you don't get the 4 Seasons.

It's been raining so didn't get to wash my car. Thanks to Wilma.

Also Installed Black Mirror Housing to give it a 20th Annv. GTI look.

Parts 4 VW had a Clearance on them for $250.00 they posted on Vortex and I jumped on them as soon as I saw them. They said it was laying around the back and they stumbled upon them.

I see, thanks for reply. They look especially hot on white car. I don't think they would look as hot on my (blueanthracite) tho...
I always liked white Volvo's with the black rub strips, but this is a lot closer to home, so

Have you considered tint?
Yes, I am thinking about Tinting. Just a Matter of time. Thanks for the Replies so far.
I like the look of your car, nicely done. Where did you get that front valance and how much was it, if you doon't mind me asking.
Front is made by Eindesign. I bought it in 2002 from JT Motorsports in Simi Valley, CA. I don't know if they still have them.
I'm diggin' the contrast!!!

In the side pic the car looks kinda small, like a early 90s Corolla or E36 BMW. That wasn't meant as a slam, I actually like those. Just an observation.

And my wife wonders why I wanted a candy white variant.
looks very nice! makes me wanna go out and buy the rub strips. if only they made the front piece w/o the euro plate holder.

and i think that that's the same front bumper i have (well, the lower half, at least)
Looks really sharp. Good job. Are you going to put a German plate in the front? You should. Buy a Euro trunklid (w/space for euro plate) and complete the look.
p.s. I know Simsbury very well, I went to school 45 min away, little sister went to Westminster.
I like what you have done...everything looks like it's meant to be exactly how it is.
Definitely one of my favorites! Very different and original but clean as heck! Wher did you get the valances and skirts?
Very nice work, i like the contrast on your car and the attention to details
Wish I could get some of those strips. I too have a white B5. Looks very nice, good work. Also, were the side skirt stips included?
Very nice car! Love the wheels. Haven't seen those exact ones before.
Looks great! A bit E36 Bimmer-ish and that's not a bad thing! :)
Nice. I think you should do the joey mod to the headlights and ditch the rear spoiler, (is just does not look right) everything else looks amazing...
i love white b5's soo much well white dubs in general i really wish i could have found a white estate
