Hi Everyone,

Just bought a new Passat 1.8L SE and really enjoy it so far. Looking forward to learning more about the car in the coming months.

So far I had Apple CarPlay refuse to work for me twice. The only way to get it to reconnect was to restart the car. I am using beta IOS 10 software on my phone, so not sure if this is the cause or whether anyone else has had the same problem. Manufacture date for my Passat was 5/2016. Any software updates that might apply?

My wife's 2016 seems to get confused sometimes also. Maybe it has to do with phone being connected / not connected when car is turned off, not sure yet.
