I need a biggest ratio for my final drive and i'm not able to find this... If anyone know where i can by this part, please answer me by PM. I'ts for a manual tranny passat 2004 1.8T. TKS

Define biggest, higher numerically for racing or lower numerically for better mileage?

For better mileage, there is an .79 swap or you can use the V6 trans.

I am sure you can get a lower gear than that from a Euro TDI trans.

The pinion shaft is a carrier for all the gears. I don't think you can buy it separate from a tranny and it would probably cost the same as buying a new tranny to replace it if you could.
