Hey guys.. i'm on the phone with the wheel company today, and i had a question that both the company and i can't answer, so of course i turn to clubB5.
THe question is i'm ordering wheels 18x8 and 18x9 hopefully. THe offset is 38. Is it possible for me to order the 18x9 in the back ? or should i play it safe and get the 18x8 all the way around. I really really want that staggered look. So what should i do ? Any info would be great. I hope i can resolve this tonight as i want to order the wheels tomorrow..

well if i get the 18x9 i'll go with 235/40/18

if it's the 18x8 i'll use the 225/40/18

my real question is... Will the 18x9 work with a 38 offset on my 1999 B5 passat?

I know the 18x8.5 with a 38 offset works fine. I am fairly confident the 18x9 with 38 offset will too.
