my Passat B5 is making strange noise

when I turn my wheels on left, my car is making strange noise. Do you have any idea why?

1. Power steering fluid is low
2. Failing CV joint on axle
3. Failing control arm(s)

Could be low differential fluid if it's not one of the things mentioned above. What sort of noise is it making?.

a grinding noise. And I can only hear it when turning left not right

That's maybe a wheel bearing on your right side front or rear. If you are going down the road and just swerve it within the lane can you hear the grinding then?.

will try today or tommorow. Maybe will go to mechanic to have it checked. Just wanted too ask you guys if its something small that my husband can take care of or not

A wheel bearing is a small thing unless you have a shop do it.
