My car drives like new again

Its all started when I put my DPE wheels. I started to hear strange noice after 45mph in my front wheel. And the faster I was going the louder noice was. It started to get very annoying. I went to tire shop they did balancing of all 4 wheels, wheels was perfect, but the noice was there. Untill I finally lift my car in my friend shop and we spin the wheel, problem was bearing. So we order a new bearing, also since my car was on a lift I decided just in case to change my 2 axles.

Now I am very happy my car drives like new again.

I replaced axles cause one of them was making noice like: click, click, click. I was supriced cause on my car is only 39.500 miles. I had a choice either get rebuild for $150 installed, or $350 installed brand new from dealership, I chosed brand new.

Hell ye
Both axles from dealership for $350.00? I was quoted about 550.00 for one new CV assembly. I ordered a RAAXLE and installed it myself for $200.00. However I notice a howling noise from the front now, not real happy about this. anyone experience this?
It's actually very common for a half-axle to be cheaper than a CV assembly. I had to do this on my old Integra (clicking CV joints). Problem solved.
I'm getting a slight humming from my right front, guess it's the bearings.
--> What does that usually cost?

It was closer to b. What I was trying to say is most people dont' just change axles like spark plugs or oil.

If its bearing inside of the hab, it should be around $140 installed. Do the same test I did. Lift the car and spin the wheels in the air, if u hear any noise its probably bearing.
My 99 has 100K warranty, does 2000 have the same warranty?

I am not sure about the warranty, cause I have KW suspension, and the dealer will probably say " Your bearings went bad cause u have KW suspension. " May be I am wrong.
