Meaning of the K03 K04 or K3 K4 and 2x2 interface adapters for VCDS

Don't worry about a 2x2 adapter - that's for pre-OBD-II cars.

K03 / K04 are turbocharger models, not Ross-Tech interfaces (as far as I know.)

K-II interface is ancient, and NLA. K3 or K4 I know nothing about (and, neither does the Oracle.)
