Okay, I've looked all over, but I can't find an answer to this.

I'm used to doing all my own maintenance--from oil changes to timing belt changes. My current Subaru is a piece of cake to work on; however, the complexity and delicacy of VWs is giving me some concern about maintenance expenses.

Does anyone have a maintenance schedule that might apply to a 2006-07 Passat 2.0T with estimated expenses for the service? I know there's a lot of assumptions to make in there, but I'd like to get a rough idea of how much I could expect to spend on routine maintenance.

Thanks.

Go to the nearest dealer - they should have a list of services recommended at given intervals, and the prices of same.
Airfilter, cabin filter, and sparkplugs are usually pretty easy to do yourself.
I don't know if Bentley has a manual out on the 2006+ Passats?
I bought one for my B5.5 and it was well worth the money.
Example: Dealer to change sparkplugs on V6 30valve, 120.00 +
I bought 6 spark plugs (Bosch Platinum +4's) for about 6.00 each at NAPA.
Bentley paid for itself just doing that.

One thing to consider is the warranty. You would have to document what you do in order not to void the warranty. I'd check around and see what would suffice for documentation.
