Hey guys, i just bought a set of 18" X 8" wheels. I have a set of Khumo 225 40 18 tires on the way. Will i have a problem lowering the car w/ nuespeed sport springs with rubbing or anything? Let me know some of your experiences and comments, thanx.

i have 18x8.5" rims lowered with neuspeed sports and i drive more aggresive now then i did with stock rims with zero problems :thumbup:

Im gonna wait to lower it just b/c i want to get shocks and springs at the same time so that i don't have a shitty ride for a while. AND i gotta save up some money for those expensive ass shocks, lol. Thanks for your help guys. PS> Just got the wheels on yesterday, look awesome.

Welcome to the Club! If you have a B5.5 which is year 2001.5 or newer, you won't have any problems. I don't know about 2001 and older though. I think it depends on the offset of your new wheels. Search search search!

what about 235 or 245 wheels???
i like the beefy look but i want to lower it a bit too?? any advice?

Even 195/65/15's can rub if you have the wrong wheel offset. So. What's your wheel offset?
