[Cheese Head]

How does one torque down the lower control arm bolts? (bushings to frame) There is not enough room to get a torque wrench in the space provided.

I practiced on a bolt I could get to, feeling what the correct torque felt like. I then used both a crow's foot and a ratcheting combination wrench to tighten them.

It's crazy isn't it? All these torque values but no way to apply half of them.

Hey, I messed with this last night..... You can get a 3/8 in torque wrench in there to get it to the 66ft/lbs. but you have to do it with the wheel off. Just jack up the wheel to simulate load conditions while the car is on jack stands. Then you can use a longer wrench or whatever to get it the additional 1/4 turn past 66ft/lbs if your torque wrench doesn't go that high.
