I've noticed recently that my Passat has a "hissing" noise when I accelerate. I've had the car about a year now, and this only started recently. Listen here: https://soundcloud.com/arthurlockman/car-noise

You can hear in the clip that whenever I accelerate, there's a hissing sound overlaid on the engine noise. Any ideas what it might be? I'm stumped.
