hey i need some help i am goign to get a manual boost controller and i need to know what i can run my boost at on a stock turbo with out hittign limp mode i have a 2001 passat 150 hp

A boost controller is not recommended with these cars unless you are VERY mechanically inclined. The only people who have had any success with them happen to be some of our most knowledgable members. If you want to have trouble free horsepower, do yourself a favor and buy a chip.

To answer your question, 14 psi.

I have one and I hit limp mode on a 2000 at .75 Bar. Some say that you can run .8 bar but not me. Limp mode at .76 bar

I stand corrected. Yet another reason to go with a chip, methinks.
