Friends car has been acting up scanned it with vag-com, i think its the first o2 sensor as the maf was just replaced, what are your thoughts. It's a b5.5 awm

B1 S2 or its wiring is faulty, but that won't effect performance or cause the other codes.
If you used an after-market MAF sensor, that is probably the main problem.
Check the entire intake system inc. vac lines, for air leaks.

He didn't listen to me and bought a maf on eBay gonna swap his out with mine and see if it's solved, thank you
