I dont know whats going on, I bought the relay harness hoping it would stop the popping of my headlight fuses, but now it just blows the relay fuse. This is for my DDM HID lowbeams.

You might have a bad ballast. Try hooking up just one, then just the other. If one of them pops the fuse but the other doesn't, you've got a failed ballast.

What wattage HID's are these? What amperage fuse is in the relay fuse?

35W and its a 20 amp in the relay.

I think that's fine. Now test for a failed part.
