Hi,

I'm interested in getting some used V6 Neuspeed Sport Springs and wondered whether it would be compatible with my 1.8T?

In short, no. The spring rates between the two springs are different and would cause odd and unpredictable behavior in your 1.8t because of its different weight. I'm not exactly sure what would happen, but there's a reason why there are V6 Sport Springs and 1.8t Sport Springs and variant versions as well. Each one is tuned a bit differently for the weight of the car.

They will work fine but the front will have .3-.4" less drop than planned for the V6. The rear springs should be the same.
The ride will be a little firmer. You can use low-vin perch plates or Bilstien Adjustables to lower the front.

I have Eibach V6 springs on my 1.8T and have installed H+R Sports V6 on a 1.8T.
