I have done it, its one of those jobs that can be easy with the right tools and help or hard with wrong tools and help!
If you take your time and follow the directions to the letter you should be able to do this easily, the hardest part is probably removing the bolts.
I suggest you invest in some nice swival for your ratchets and use new hard ware when installing your clutch...oh yes and resurface or replace your flywheel depending on if its aftermarket or not!
