Yes and no (oui et non)
The only projector look omnes for the B% are the HID ones, if that is what you are after, but you will need the D2S lamps ( and ballast) in order to make the low beam work !

I have heard French people say that Canadian French is on the level of French children. I'm not saying that, it's just what i've heard.And as for Canadian French.............I guess it like American English.

It is just different, but yes it is true that we have a kind of slang that some folks sometimes use. This slang, no french ( and some canadian french speaking as a matter of fact) would understand.

Je dirais qu'il en va du français au Québec comme de la langue maternelle dans n'importe quel pays. Certains la parlent correctement, d'autres n'y portent aucune attention.
I would say french in Quebec is spoken like the mother's tong in any country. Some care, others don't .
