I am looking to replace my front and rear rotors with some cross drilled rotors, the ones that dont rust. Where is a good place to get them :? (links appreciated) Also, while I am in there, I might as whell replace my pad. What is a good pad for everyday driving? I need the ones with sensors also

Any particular reason why you want x-drilled rotors besides the look? What you want is a rotor that is cadmium coated which will prevent rusting on the unswept arears of the rotor.

ECS sells what your looking for at a decent price:
http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/pagebuild_v2.cgi?make=Volkswagen&engine=1.8T&model=Passat B5&submodel=FWD&category=Braking

I have these:

As for pads... I think you will be happy Mintex Redbox pads, unless you are going to track events or autoXing which you might want to step up to Mintex Blue or Hawks.

Do some searches and you will find more info...
Good Luck

Mainly just the look but also for better brake cooling. Autotech is a bit much though :(

I have Brembo slotted rotors with stainless steel lines and Mintex metallic pads. They do wonders for braking. And now you can turn the rotors instead of buy new ones.

peppy, hehe I'm trying to do a GB on D/S rotors, worth a little wait? :)
Thanks S_Klass  . I dont need them right now anyway so I am able to wait. Just shopping around for parts that I know that will wear out sooner or later  I would be interested in the cadmium coated ones if you can get a GB on that
