I want to swap my ugly 4-spoke steering wheel to a nice 3-spoke wheel (probably an R-32 wheel), but I've got multifunction buttons to deal with...

Anyone know what I can do to move these buttons?
It's a 2004 B5.5

I don't really care about the volume control buttons, but it's the cruise control buttons that I'm concerned about.

Has anyone done a mod to put the cruise buttons into the turn signal lever where they belong? Or, swapped the lever with one that has complete cruise functions?

That's true... but it's a butthole ugly looking wheel.

Like I said, I want an R-32 wheel. What I'm asking is if someone knows how to mod the cruise control functions.

if you pm quailallstar, he has a eurostalk that he added that preserves the cruise control, but i'm pretty sure you gotta sacrifice the audio controls. hth

I'm looking for the same answer, FYI I actually have a Golf V wheel, cannot figure out how to make that one work either
