How to temporarily plug rear banjo clamp brake line?

Question says it all. I disconnected the rear brake line at the caliper by this "Banjo" Clamp (I think it is called) and the thing is leaking more than I want. I don't know how this fitting works, is it just put a plug in the little hole at the bottom of the bolt? It can't be...

clamp the line, as long as its not stainless steel
I've read not to clamp the line and considering its rigidity I'm pretty sure it'll get damaged If I clamp it. Any other ideas. For now I've put three latex goves over the fitting and put a rubber band tightly around the base. I don't know how long that'll hold.
Use a bolt with nut and some copper or allumminium washers.
golf tee
Absolutely don't clamp the hose. But a piece of rubber hose of the appropriate size will seal that fitting.

x2. Plus you can unscrew the resivoir cap, cover the opening with saran wrap, then reinstall the cap. This will prevent air from entering in the top of the system and make the fluid leak more slowly (like sealing the top of a soda straw with your finger and lifting it out of the glass).
Golf tee won't work on the banjo bolt or the fitting.
This is a good idea but I haven't the right size/thread bolt to mimic the threads of the caliper to tighten it so I could then simply plug the hole in the bolt.

You've always got good ideas! Are you suggesting taking out the banjo bolt and then putting a piece of rubber tube in the bolt's place?
Thanks zak. And also for your Saran wrap idea. Someone told me that the other day when I was doing the front driver's side (it might have been you) and of course I forgot to do it at first, but did add that later.
