How did you measure the voltage?

The ECU sends a pulsating voltage to the N75. The percentage time ON (12V) vs time OFF (0V) is called the N75 duty cycle.

In the OFF state boost will be applied to the wastegate. In the ON state boost will be redirected to the turbo inlet hose.

I'm testing them with the key in the accessory position with my multimeter. I found in another forum that it should be around 5v so I'm good. I'm still trying to track down a boost problem and I think I can rule this out now.
