Not the fold down part, but the part you sit on. I yanked on it a bit last night and could feel the edge release a little, but the center wasn't moving.

Just keep pulling and wiggling... Put one hand in the back and one in the front and push forward. You should feel it unhook. I had to do this to get my seat covers on.
