Can anyone summarize what is out there in term of V6 exhausts (2000 GLS ATQ)

I've only been able to find sporatic information, and I don't know much about them.

I believe Brullen, Supersprint and Remus (maybe) make cat-back exhaust systems for the V6. Or you can piece-meal your own together with piping and muffler(s) as you see fit.

Ok most stuff for the V6 is just a rear muffler and not alot a cat back iteams are out there.

If you had a 4Mo Passat then I would say maybe Supersprint cat back but with someone else's rear muffler!

Basically all you need to do to achieve a nice growl is get a nice Brullen or Remus muffler remove the resisnator and there you go.

I've been asking this question for about 2 years with uncharacteristically disappointing results on CLUBB5. I did a Google search instead and came up with this -

$600.00 US for a cat-back V6 stainless system (part # 1030) looks pretty fair. Yes it says VR6 but it also says 98+, so call and ask to be certain.

Does a Cat back system include the muffler?
